Form for submitting complaints and reports by foreign employees:
Through this form, foreign employees of AD Auto Total SRL may submit complaints, reports or information regarding possible abuse or breaches of their rights in connection with their employment relationship. The form is made available in accordance with Government Emergency Ordinance no. 32/2026 and the Internal Procedure on complaints and reporting of abuse by foreign employees of AD Auto Total SRL.
The form may also be used by a former foreign employee in relation to matters connected with their employment relationship and, under the conditions provided by the Internal Procedure, by a person submitting the report on behalf of a foreign employee.
Reports are handled confidentially, and access to the information submitted is restricted to the persons designated to review them.
The report may be submitted:
• in the reporting person’s own name, by providing their name and/or contact details; or
• anonymously, without providing their name or other information that may identify the reporting person.
Anonymous reports will be reviewed to the extent that they contain sufficient information to verify the reported facts.
Providing an email address or another contact method is optional. If you wish to receive an acknowledgement of receipt of the report, requests for clarification or information regarding the status and outcome of the review, please provide a method through which the Company may contact you.
In case of an anonymous report, you may provide a contact method that does not reveal your identity, for example an email address that does not contain your name.
If you do not provide any contact method, the Company will not be able to request additional information or provide you with information regarding the handling of the report.

Formular pentru transmiterea reclamatiilor si sesizarilor de catre salariatii straini:
Prin intermediul acestui formular, salariatii straini ai AD Auto Total SRL pot transmite reclamatii, sesizari sau informatii privind posibile abuzuri ori incalcari ale drepturilor lor in legatura cu raportul de munca. Formularul este pus la dispozitie in conformitate cu OUG nr. 32/2026 si cu Procedura interna privind reclamatiile si raportarea abuzurilor de catre salariatii straini a AD Auto Total SRL.
Formularul poate fi utilizat si de un fost salariat strain pentru fapte legate de raportul sau de munca, precum si, in conditiile prevazute de Procedura interna, de o persoana care formuleaza sesizarea in numele unui salariat strain.
Sesizarile sunt gestionate in conditii de confidentialitate, iar accesul la informatiile transmise este limitat la persoanele desemnate sa le analizeze.
Sesizarea poate fi transmisa:
• in nume personal, prin indicarea numelui si/sau a datelor de contact; sau
• anonim, fara indicarea numelui sau a altor date care permit identificarea autorului.
Sesizarile anonime vor fi analizate in masura in care contin suficiente informatii pentru verificarea faptelor.
Indicarea unei adrese de e-mail sau a unei alte modalitati de contact este optionala. Daca doriti sa primiti confirmarea primirii sesizarii, solicitari de clarificari sau informatii privind stadiul si rezultatul analizei, va rugam sa indicati o modalitate prin care Societatea va poate contacta.
In cazul unei sesizari anonime, puteti indica o modalitate de contact care nu va dezvaluie identitatea, de exemplu o adresa de e-mail care nu contine numele dumneavoastra.
Daca nu indicati nicio modalitate de contact, Societatea nu va putea solicita informatii suplimentare si nu va va putea comunica informatii privind gestionarea sesizarii.
